1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Oltini ("the Service"), available at oltini.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Oltini is an AI-powered product catalog and website builder operated for small business owners.

2. Description of Service

Oltini provides a SaaS platform that allows users to create and manage business profiles, build product catalogs using AI-powered image annotation, generate websites from their catalogs, and manage billing through a subscription and credit system. The Service includes AI-generated product titles, descriptions, categories, tags, and pricing suggestions based on uploaded product photos.

3. Account Registration

To use Oltini, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each user may manage up to 3 businesses per account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Oltini offers a subscription-based service with the following terms:

• Monthly plan: €29/month, billed monthly.
• Annual plan: €290/year (equivalent to €24.17/month), billed annually.
• Each subscription includes 1,000 AI credits per month.
• New users receive a 7-day free trial with 400 trial credits. No credit card is required to start.
• AI product annotation costs 50 credits per product.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Oltini, including product photos, business information, and catalog data. By uploading content, you grant Oltini a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content (titles, descriptions, tags, pricing suggestions) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published on your website.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Use the Service to sell prohibited or restricted goods.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Misrepresent your business or product information.

7. AI-Generated Content

Oltini uses artificial intelligence to generate product listing suggestions from photos. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication. Oltini does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

8. Website Generation

Oltini generates websites from your product catalog. Generated websites are hosted by Oltini as part of your subscription. Websites are publicly accessible via a unique URL. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information displayed on your generated website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oltini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Oltini's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

Oltini strives to provide reliable, uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data (including product photos, catalog data, and generated websites) may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. We recommend exporting your data before terminating your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Oltini operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
