Oltini ("we", "us", "our") operates the website oltini.com and the Oltini platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our AI-powered product catalog and website builder service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing the Service: Processing your product photos with AI, generating catalog listings, building and hosting your website.
  • Account Management: Authenticating your identity, managing your subscription, processing payments via Stripe.
  • Communication: Sending billing notifications, service updates, and support responses.
  • Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Service (aggregated and anonymized).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Oltini:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and image/file storage. Subject to Firebase Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: Database hosting for business, product, and user data. Subject to Supabase Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store your credit card details. Subject to Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • AI Processing: Product photos are sent to our AI service for annotation. Images are processed and not retained beyond the annotation session.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for data at rest, and Firebase Authentication for secure access control. Product images are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Database records are stored in Supabase Postgres with connection encryption.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or cancel your subscription, we will delete your personal data, business data, product data, and generated websites within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").

Oltini is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
